Created by John Tomalin-Reeves, dubbed 'the Dyson of the barbecue' by media, ZIGZAG is an ergonomic, wood-firing masterpiece designed to add a touch of theatre to your dishes. Whether it's slow-cooked shanks, sizzled sea bass or a speedy Margherita, ZIGZAG has the answer.

Floating Pizza Stone
The ZIGZAG features an innovative floating baking stone which allows for the flames to heat it from beneath as well as over the top. This means that the stone gets up to cooking temperature much quicker.
Compact & Portable
The ZIGZAG has a compact footprint which ensures that no excess material is wasted in production. Whether at home, on the beach, or at the campsite, ZIGZAG goes where you go.
Made in Britain
We are immensely proud that ZIGZAG has been made entirely in Wales. There is a huge amount of talent on these shores and buying this product supports British manufacturing and British jobs.

Every single part of this product is made in Wales, in factories that support our communities and our families. We will never take production outside of Britain.

It's taken three years of development to perfect the ZIGZAG, here's what we've done:

Flat top surface
The flat top surface allows the top of the oven to be used as a work surface.
Thermometer points
Thermometer insert points at the top, bottom and upper rear zones to get accurate air temperature readings from different parts of the oven.
Fixing points
Multiple threaded M6 fixing points allow for the addition of accessories as well as customisation. Allows for tie-down points for tailgating.
Removable legs
The legs are easily removable which makes the ZIGZAG more stowable. Great for camping or tailgating.
Floating baking stone
The 330mm square floating baking stone easily allows for a 12 inch pizza, casserole dish or sizzling pan.
Heat shield
The heat shield protects work surfaces below from heat build up and also doubles as a pizza peel pouch.
Removable backplate
The backplate is removable to allow cleaning of the interior and the interchanging of the gas module. (2020)
Ignition Chamber
A lower chamber accommodates firelighters located beneath the charcoal or wood for foolproof lighting.

The creator
A passionate designer
John Tomalin-Reeves is the designer behind the ZIGZAG and he's also the man who created the Halo Cooltouch, the most successful British-built barbecue. John has brought his knowledge of heat and design together once again to create an outdoor oven with a stunning array of uses.
John has poured three years of life into ZIGZAG and is also responsible a host of products with world-leading brands such as Bentley and Aston Martin.
John is passionate about supporting his local community and lives in Penarth with his wife, three daughters and a selection of old bikes.
